No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and form a thick, sticky dough.
  3. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill the energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, transfer the energy bites to an airtight container for storage.
